Consistent Communication, Reliability, Resourcefulness, and good working relationships with other agents
A native of Jonesboro, Arkansas, Sara Dudley Campbell has lived in Nashville for the last 19 years, first in Hillsboro Village and currently in Forest Hills. She grew up immersed in and shaped by the world of real estate. Her father has been a Realtor for over forty years and her mother is a retired appraiser. She believes consistent communication, reliability, resourcefulness and a good working relationship with the other agent is paramount to a great experience.
Equipped with a degree in interior design from O'More College of Design and a Certified Staging Advocate, Sara is particularly excited when advising sellers on thoughtful improvements and organizational strategies that provide curb appeal and yield maximum financial return on her clients' real estate investments.
The financial, logistical and emotional issues involved in a move can be stressful for a family to navigate. Senior parents and their adult children may feel they are in unfamiliar waters as they deal with these questions.
A real estate professional who has experience in senior’s issues, and who can put you in contact with other similarly-trained professional advisors, can be an invaluable resource at this time. You can count on a Seniors Real Estate Specialist® (SRES®) to help guide you through the process and the special considerations, making the transaction less stressful and more successful.
She is also eager to help buyers find their "perfect home", or one that offers that potential by helping them visualize what it could be with a quick sketch of changes or improvements. She relieves the stress of many aspects of the transaction, such as inspections, meeting repair professionals, coordinating with a professional organizer or moving concierge, and many other small things that add up.
