A native of Jonesboro, Arkansas, Sara Campbell has lived in Nashville for the last 21 years, first in Hillsboro Village and currently in Forest Hills. She grew up immersed and shaped by the world of real estate: her father has been a REALTOR for over forty years and her mother is a retired appraiser. She believes consistent communication, reliability, resourcefulness, and a good working relationship with the other agents is paramount to an exceptional client experience. Sara delivers thoughtful strategy, competitive pricing, and first-class marketing to ensure success for clients on their home-selling journey. Having updated or completely renovated six homes, Sara understands the value of functionality and aesthetics. Equipped with a degree in interior design from O'More College of Design and a Certified Staging Advocate, Sara is particularly excited when advising sellers on thoughtful improvements and organizational strategies that provide curb appeal and yield maximum financial return on her clients' real estate investments. She is also eager to help buyers find their "perfect home", whether it be turn-key or one in which she visualizes its full potential with a quick sketch of changes or improvements. No matter if you're a first-time home buyer or a seasoned homeowner, Sara prepares clients with the logistical aspects of the selling/buying journey from day one to closing.
Sara also has her Seniors Real Estate Specialist® (SRES®) designation, which makes her uniquely qualified to help clients over the age of 50. Whether you want to downsize, move to an active adult community, assisted living, etc., Sara can help guide you through the process and connect you with the financial and logistical resources you need.
Sara and her family live in West Nashville, with kids in both public and private schools. Her husband, Will, is a Nashville native and has worked in Healthcare business for the last 25 years. Her perfect day would be walking her dog, reading, lounging poolside with her family, buying a new piece of furniture, french fries, not going to the grocery store, and dinner with funny friends.
